Insecurity: Zulum Advises FG To Consider Hiring Mercenaries

Borno State Governor, North East Nigeria, Professor Babagana Zulum has advised the government to seek external help in the fight against insurgency, including hiring mercenaries, saying there is nothing wrong with such.
