Rabat - Morocco's House of Councilors is set to hold a plenary session on Saturday to elect its Speaker for the second half of the 2021-2027 legislature. The session, scheduled for 11:00 a.m., is held in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution's Article 63, says a press release from the upper house, calling on all Councilors to be present at the indicated time.
