Casablanca - Logisolutions on Wednesday unveiled the country's first high-rise logistics platform in the industrial hub of Aïn Sba S-Sidi Bernoussi, Casablanca, setting a new benchmark in storage and distribution capacity, and positioning Morocco as a growing player in advanced logistics infrastructure. Spanning 15,000 square meters, including 10,500 square meters of covered space, the state-of-the-art facility boasts an impressive 20-meter height, features 25,000 pallet slots across 18 meters of high-rack shelving and is equipped with 16 loading docks, underscoring its capacity to streamline large-scale logistics operations. "This project aligns with our mission to boost Morocco's competitiveness in logistics, a key driver of economic growth," Ghassane El Machrfi, Director General of the Moroccan Agency for Logistics Development (AMDL), said during the inauguration ceremony, underlining the pivotal role of the private sector in achieving the national logistics strategy. As part of its broader efforts to enhance Morocco's logistics landscape, the AMDL has initiated projects across the country, aiming to develop logistics zones covering 750 hectares by 2028. These initiatives are expected to significantly bolster the Kingdom's position as a regional logistics hub. For his part, Amine Benkirane, General Manager of Logisolutions, underscored the significance of the high-rise warehouse, noting that it dramatically increases storage capacity and maximizes operational efficiency. He also pointed out that high-rack shelving is the most effective solution to optimize space in such facilities, stressing that this project allows the company to better meet the needs of its clients. Founded in 2018, Logisolutions has emerged as a leader in Morocco's logistics sector, specializing in the storage and transportation of consumer goods. The company serves a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), and distribution, solidifying its role as a key player in Morocco's evolving supply chain ecosystem.
