Rabat - HM King Mohammed VI sent messages of congratulations to the crowned Moroccan Paralympic champions during the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games. The Sovereign sent Royal messages to athlete Fatima Ezzahra El Idrissi, who won the gold medal in the marathon (T12) while breaking the world record and won the silver medal in the 1500m (T13), the athlete Aymane El Haddaoui who won the gold medal in the 400m event (T47) while breaking the world record and won the bronze medal in the 100m event (T47), as well as to the athlete Mouncef Bouja who won the gold medal in the 400m (T12). In these messages, HM the King expressed His warmest congratulations to the Paralympic athletes, saluting their great performance which honors them and Moroccan sport, and wishing them every success in their promising sporting career, driven by the same will, the same determination and the same ambition in order to always hoist the national flag during international competitions. The Sovereign sent similar messages of congratulations to Meryem En-Nourhi (Marathon - T12), Youssra Karim (discus throw - F41), Abdelilah Gani (shot put - F53), Ayoub Sadni (400 m - T47), Azddine Nouiri (shot put - T34), who won silver medals, as well as to Saida Amoudi (shot put - F34), Rajae Akermach (para-taekwondo +65 kg - K44), Ayoub Adouich (para-taekwondo -63 kg - K44), Zakaria Derhem (shot put - F33) and El Amin Chentouf (Marathon - T12), who won bronze medals. In these messages, HM the King hailed the sustained efforts of these athletes to represent, as it should be, Moroccan sport, wishing them further success in their sporting careers, to achieve their ambitions, get a spot on the podium and hoist the national flag during the various international sporting events.
