A three-year old girl was allegedly raped by a 16-year-old boy at Katima Mulilo on Saturday.
The Namibian Police Force in a crime report said the suspect allegedly pulled the victim into an unoccupied neighbouring house, where he reportedly carried out the assault.
No arrest has been made yet, but the suspect is known to the police.
The police also reported that a 25-year-old man allegedly raped a 15-year-old girl between May and July 2023, also at Katima Mulilo.
According to the crime report, the man was allegedly involved in a sexual relationship with the girl, who is his neighbour and in Grade 9.
The suspect is known to the police but no arrest has been made yet.
Police investigations in both matters continue.
