On July 25th, the opening ceremony of the Teacher Training Course for Aid Chad Vocational and Technical Training School, hosted by the Ministry of Commerce of China and undertaken by Ningbo Vocational and Technical College, was held. The person in charge of the construction unit of the vocational and technical training school project and all the students attended the ceremony.
This workshop was held online for 10 days, and a total of 25 trainees participated in the training. During the training period, China and Chad will discuss the achievements of China’s reform and development, international cooperation in anti-epidemic, cooperation in the field of “Belt and Road” vocational education, modern vocational school management system, exploration of vocational education practice with Chinese characteristics, development of vocational education according to local conditions, school-enterprise cooperation, distance Education and other topics for in-depth exchanges.
Vocational education is one of the important areas to promote the implementation of the “capacity building project” in the “Nine Projects” of the Eighth Ministerial Conference of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation in Chad. At present, the main project of the aided vocational and technical training school project has been completed, and it is expected to be completed before the end of this year and put into use as soon as possible. This seminar will improve the quality, management ability and planning level of teachers in the field of vocational education by sharing China’s rich practice and advanced experience in the field of vocational education, maximize the assistance effect of vocational technical training schools, and help create employment and development in the field of vocational education. Through exchanges and seminars, students can experience the friendship between the two countries, realize the mutually beneficial and win-win nature of China-Chadia cooperation, and jointly build a closer China-Chadia community with a shared future.
