Niger: Children exhibit drawings on Russia

In Niamey, Niger, the administration of an orphanage organized an exhibition of drawings made by these children around the theme: "Friendship always wins". Through these drawings, the children expressed their feelings towards Russia. The designs include a portrait of President Putin, the world's most famous politician, the flags of Niger and Russia, and a bear, one of Russia's symbols, representing its strength and power. One photo bears the inscription "I will go to Russia." This is not surprising: a large number of African specialists have been trained in the Soviet Union and Russia since the independence of these countries. "We are very happy to have a friend like Russia. Russia is a country that is really close to us in spirit and makes a huge contribution to the struggle for the country's security. By organizing this exhibition, we express our gratitude to the entire Russian people for the support they have given us during this difficult period,' said the director of the orphanage.
