Rabat - The Board of Bank Al-Maghrib (BAM), meeting on Tuesday in Rabat, decided to maintain the key rate unchanged at 3%, while continuing to closely monitor economic conditions and inflation. The Board considered that the current 3% level of the key rate remains appropriate to reinforce the anchoring of inflation expectations and support its return to levels in line with the objective of price stability, Morocco's central bank said in a press release.
