Rabat - Eid Al Fitr 1445 A.H. will be celebrated in Morocco tomorrow, Wednesday, April 10, 2024, the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs on Tuesday evening announced. In a press release, the ministry said it had sighted the crescent moon after the Al Maghrib prayer on Tuesday, the 29th of Ramadan 1445 A.H., corresponding to April 9, 2024. It confirmed that this sighting marked the beginning of the month of Shaoual 1445 H. The Ministry declared that the first day of Shaoual 1445 H, Eid Al-Fitr, will be observed tomorrow, Wednesday, April 10, 2024. May God, in this blessed month, bestow His blessings upon His Majesty King Mohammed VI, Commander of the Faithful, may God assist Him, and may He grant the same blessings to HRH Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan, HRH Prince Moulay Rachid, and all members of the esteemed Royal Family, and May God bless the Moroccan people and the entire Islamic Ummah with progress and prosperity, the statement concluded.
