Rabat - His Majesty King Mohammed VI sent a message of condolences and solidarity to the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, over the heinous and reprehensible terrorist attack which took place in a concert hall in Moscow, and in which many people were killed or injured. In this message, the Sovereign expresses Morocco's strong condemnation of this cowardly and criminal act, expressing its full solidarity with Russia. On this sad occasion, HM the King sends Putin, the grieving families and the Russian people His heartfelt condolences and deepest sympathy, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
