In this message, the Sovereign expresses, on His own behalf and on behalf of the Moroccan people, His warmest congratulations and sincere wishes for further progress and prosperity to the Azeri people under the wise leadership of their President Aliyev. His Majesty the King took this opportunity to express to the President of Azerbaijan how much He values the special relations rooted in close friendship between the two countries, underlining His strong determination to broaden and diversify bilateral ties in all sectors, for the mutual benefit between the two peoples.
