Al Mada subsidiary Teralys is strengthening its commitment to the agri-food sector by announcing the acquisition of the Italian group NUTKAO, a European leader in cocoa and plant-based protein processing. This transaction, which will follow the necessary authorizations, is part of a strategy aimed at promoting African resources and developing local production.
