The Government salutes the memory of a respected leader and a committed social activist who leaves posterity a legacy of mutual aid and solidarity for the benefit of the most deprived. He presents his sincere condolences to his wife, his children, his loved ones as well as to the large family in humanity that he built with all the people he met on the path of his life.
