Al Mada subsidiary Teralys is strengthening its commitment to the agri-food sector by announcing the acquisition of the Italian group NUTKAO, a European leader in cocoa and plant-based protein processing. This transaction, which will follow the necessary authorizations, is part of a strategy aimed at promoting African resources and developing local production. With production units in Italy, Belgium and the United States, NUTKAO markets its products in 80 countries, thus strengthening Teralys' position on the market. Source: Africa News Agency
