Hotel units in Matmata, Gabes governorate are showing a 65% occupancy rate at the end of the year, tourism delegate in Gabes, Béchir Kdir told TAP on Sunday. He added that some hotels have recorded a 100% booking rate. Matmata has six tourist units, four guesthouses and one rural lodge, with a total capacity of 572 beds.
