Rabat - Moroccan surfer Ramzi Boukhiam showcased his skill and determination on Saturday, securing a spot in the second round of the Olympic-qualifying surf competition held in Teahupo'o, Tahiti. Boukhiam impressed the judges and spectators alike in the 5th heat of the first round, earning a total of 9.76 points. His performance placed him second, just behind Brazilian surfer Joao Chianca, who scored 10.07 points and advanced directly to the third round.
