The support of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, Chairman of the Al-Quds Committee, to the Palestinian cause is 'constant and unwavering,' said Mahmoud Al Habbash, Advisor to the Palestinian President. In a statement to MAP on the occasion of the glorious Throne Day, Al Habbash stressed that consolidating the brotherly Morocco-Palestinian relations, deeply anchored in history, and the Palestinian cause have always been prioritized by Morocco's foreign policy, under the leadership of HM King Mohammed VI. Highlighting the major role of the Al-Quds Committee, an offshoot of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation, the Palestinian official praised the Kingdom's remarkable and precious efforts in favor of the Palestinian cause. In this respect, Al Habbash, commended Morocco's constant support for the Palestinian cause in international forums 'which we appreciate,' welcoming the ongoing communication between HM King Mohammed VI, Chairman of the Al-Quds Committee and Mahmoud Abbas, President of the State of Palestine , to coordinate positions and strengthen cooperation in various fields in the service of the Palestinian people. He added that the Kingdom of Morocco has always offered its support to the Palestinian cause, using its diplomatic relations to defend this issue. Al Habbash also stressed that the Al Quds inhabitants greatly appreciate the projects implemented by the Bayt Mal Al Quds Asharif Agency as well as its support in various fields such as housing, health and education.
