Your co-workers at Media General Ghana are selected for an assignment, and you decide to implicitly cast assessments on both their competence and integrity because you were not part of it. John Beresford Hughes is not only charlatanic in his approach to journalism, but his behavior doesn't engender workplace tranquility. He suffers from delusional grandeur. He always claims to have conducted polls on his social media pages, with results in favour of NDC. Meanwhile, he has blocked everybody with divergent views from all his personal handles. So he puts up irrelevant questions, and all the respondents are NDC soldiers who have fallen for his insanity. He misconstrues notoriety for popularity and knows all callers in his programs. It is alleged his removal from TV3 and dumped into a tiny plywood cubicle at 3FM was at the insistence of his colleagues complaining about his uncouthness and total lack of personal hygiene. He is always bragging about being a product of GIJ and therefore all-knowing. But we know his approach to journalism is crassly constipated of ethics since we have excellent products of the same GIJ. I have said this, and I will rehash it: with my knowledge in the field of allied health, the guy is showing signs of the onset of some form of mental health issues, hence the hallucinatory outbursts. To insinuate that your colleagues, Berla Mundi, Naa Ashorkor Mensah-Doku, and Nana Yaa Brefo are substandard is simply beyond the confines of human reasoning. The guy needs urgent help.
