As it will participate in the next G20 Summit to be held in India, Nigeria intends to take this opportunity to advocate for its membership in the forum for international economic cooperation. For the time being, South Africa is the only permanent member from the African continent.
The G20 brings together the 20 largest powers on the planet and represents around 80% of the world's GDP, 60% of the planet's population and 75% of international trade.
